Christmas is the celebration of the One who was given to redeem mankind from what took place in the Garden of Eden. Man was separated from his source of life, God, through disobedience. This brought in the sin into the world. God gave us His word that He would fix this problem through the Gift of His Son.
Prayer is one of the Believers most important parts of their walk with the Lord. It is the means of communication with their Heavenly Father. As important as prayer is, many Believers do not have the right concept of how to communicate with the Father. This is simply because they have not been taught how to pray. The Bible gives us specific instructions on how we are to pray.
Have you ever heard this statement, “you need to straighten your life out” or from your parent, “straighten out”. Well, our Heavenly Father wants us to “straighten out” as well. Straighten out from what? Crooked ways.
Crooked ways make you a crook! The funny thing is that the main person you rob is yourself. God desires for His children to learn His word and make a decision to live by it.
